Privacy policy

1. Information collected

Name, email, inquiry type and message are required. Company, phone, budget, timeline and attachment are optional. Avoid unnecessary personal information in attachments.

2. Purpose and retention

We use the information to respond to inquiries, consult and review projects. We delete it within one year after the inquiry is resolved. Information related to a subsequent contract is addressed separately.

3. Storage, email processing and international transfer

The website is hosted by Vercel. Inquiry information and consent records are stored in a Neon database; attachments are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. Inquiry notification email delivery is entrusted to Resend. For internal inquiry notifications, inquiry information and attachment filenames may also be sent to Slack; attachment files are excluded. Inquiry information and attachments may be processed on infrastructure outside your country during storage and transmission. Actual processing locations and policies follow each provider’s privacy policy.

4. Your rights and contact

Request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at support@aidive.co.kr. Phone consultations are outbound only after an inquiry.

5. Website analytics

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate information such as visited pages, referral sources, devices and countries. Inquiry form contents are not sent to analytics. URL queries and fragments are removed.
